CompleteRx has an exciting PRN opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our team and deliver exceptional patient care at Christus Retail Pharmacy, a retail pharmacy located inside Christus Southern New Mexico. As a valued member of the CompleteRx team, you will play a key role in supporting pharmacy operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Pharmacy Operating Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm
• Saturday, 10am - 4pm

This PRN role offers weekend coverage as needed and coverage during staff vacations, holidays and call-outs, based on your availability.

What You Will Do

• Ensure safe, appropriate, cost-effective drug therapies for patients according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Interpret drug orders (verbal and written) and transcribe to computerized patient medication profiles accurately.
• Assist with pharmacokinetics consult service and drug dosing per hospital protocol.
• Maintain accurate, complete pharmacy patient medication profiles.
• Complete all assigned medication storage area inspections in a timely manner.
• Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel as assigned by the Director of Pharmacy.
• Build and nurture relationships with physicians and nurses.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree required.
• Current license, in good standing, to practice pharmacy in the State of New Mexico.
• Two plus years of experience is preferred but not required.
• Courteous, professional service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
